modal div using javascript and css

Hi,

i want to show one modal div with progress bar in it and the main window should be made opaque using css and javascript. can anybody send the code please

There are jquery plugins that can do this. I would search for one. Since you shared none of your code and there is more than one way to do this, we can't give you code.
