Hi Code project Readers,

Since I'm a newbie in programming I couldn't find the solution for the below problem.

Please help me in this.

I have an autogenerated Excel (Excel - 1), Manually created Access and Excel (Excel 2).

the problem is when i click on Import Button in Excel - 2, I dont know how to import the data from Excel -1 to Access using macros.

I searched in google for several hours but couldn't find the solution. Please help me...

Thanks in advance.

Please, be more specific and provide more details.
Which version of Excel, Access?
Why do you want to export from Excel to Access?
Have you tried import data from Excel to Access?

The version of Excel and Access I'm using is MS Office 2010.

I want to export the data from Excel from Access because the excel is autogenerated and needs to be formatted to the required Report generation. So the data has to be transferred to an Access and has to be processed for generating a Report in another Excel.

For More information please don't hesitate to ask questions, so that there is more clarity .. :)`

Change your scenario ;) and import data to Access from Excel using Access database. It's easiest way.

Import Excel data to an Access database[^]
Import, export, and link data between Access and Excel[^]
vba - Import Excel data in Access[^]

But if you want to use Excel, please provide more details (version of application, example data, etc).
