validation problem in tab control in mvc 4

i have a jquery tab control. it contains 4 tab pages. in tab-1 contain two validations and tab-3 contains one validation. at bottom of tab control i have one button for saving data. now i am in tab-1 page when i click on save button tab-1 page shows 2 validations but tab-3 can't shows any error message.
how to display error message at tab-3 page when i am in tab-1 page.
