can we convert the language that is used in windows form

hi friends
I have download one sample windows application. but all module name has written in different language (i think uruthu).can we change that into english in windows form

Why not? Renaming class names should not be an issue. Tried? Any issue?

Probably not, at least not automatically. Language translation is not perfect when dealing with standard text, which has both the language words and the grammar in which they are used to use for context. Translating code, and comments would be a much, much harder job: "list users" is easy for a machine to work on, but "listUsers" does not even look like two words!

I suspect that you will have to do most, if not all, of it by hand.
