trying to sending mail from sql -server 2008 but I get sending fail message from server

Dear Experts,

I am trying to send mail using SQL-Server DataBase mail and sql-server
agent. I am creating my account and profile by right click on Database
mail option inside Management option then i am sending test mail but
in database mail log I am getting above msg. what is solution for this?

Plz help !
