VBA7 Macro Error, out of memory error

Dear Experts, I have problem with Microsoft office 2010 macros. I had developed macro for ms office word and excel but when they installed on other system and try to run , they are producing following error : "System error &H80040111(-2147221231). ClassFactory cannot supply requested class" And after clicking ok button on error msg window it produces another error window : "Compile error on hidden module:modHandleEvents. This error occurs when code is incompatible with the version, plateform, or architecture of this application...." Microsoft office 2010 Microsoft windows XP 32bit ================================================

Thanks for reply and comment, but this is not a macro code error of VBA7. I have checked and run successfully our macro code written in VBA more then ten different operating system . but this problem occurs only in one of windows XP system. I am not able to understand what is happening and how to get rid of this problem.
