Hi,

I have tried connecting WSS content DB with SQL server Management studio. post connecting my WSS application is not working. It is giving an error log in failed with NTAuthority/Network service.

I read it somewhere that because you are attaching DB to Management studio, it will change database file therefore it can't run to WSS.

post that I enable named Pipe for WSS. Also I tried sharepoint products & technologies configuration through CMD with -force. and now I am getting an error service unavilable. I am not able to see anything on WSS.

Please help

I suspect that you are simply missing a permission on the database. Add the user for your DOMAIN and MachineName using this format DOMAIN\MachineName$ to the users allowed to use the database so it could look something like

HUNDREDACREWOOD\TiggersMachine$

If this doesn't solve your problem, let me know.
