send the packet at once socket programming

hi all,

Can someone please tell me how to ensure that entire packet is sent at once preserving the message boundry.

I do not want the packet to be fragmented.

I am writing an utility in C#.NET.

Need a lot more details. First off, why do you care? The network layers will take care of it for you. You haven't even said how you are doing this.
