How to Fill combo from a Table

Hi, iam using Vb2010 and SQLServer 2008.
Pl, let me know how to fill a combobox by selecting data from a Table.

There's a little tooltip arrow on the combobox and if you follow the wizard it will walk you through it.

If you can't follow ryanb31's suggestion, try asking that there internet search engine gizmo.
