Html Template contain textbox and buttons not rendering in outlook 2007

Hi,

I am sending a mail from Html Template. Html Template contains textboxes (input) and buttons. Textboxes and buttons are not rendering in outlook 2007. How can I render textboxes and buttons in outlook?
