pictures loading slowly

hai Everybody,
I hosted a website with pictures as its contents.but when i opened using browser,its pictures are loading very slowly.Is there any way to speed up loading of the pictures.please help me. god bless you

Yes. Use smaller pictures, either physically, or by changing the file format ( for example, resaving a jpg will often make it smaller, a bmp is huge no matter what ). Or get a faster internet connection.

And, if you're resizing your images in HTML, then create images the size you show them instead. I've seen people use HTML to show a thumbnail of a full image. Your browser is downloading a huge image and resizing it if you do that. That is bad.
