Hello!
is there (books, online Courses, tutorials...) on Robotics & Electronics using C# as the programming language so i can make a ((wifi)) robot arm or a switcher (on/of /motor speed control)

any recomendation (books, online Courses, tutorials...) to achieve this thing?

It's hard to find a tutorial, but industrial robotics and electronics move so much into .NET during last ears!

You can also look at Lego Mindstorms[^]

well thanx about GHI Electronics, but for Lego Mindstorm i want to build it my own buy things from radioshak and do stuff :D

Then GHI has about everything you'd need from a C# standpoint. The boards that they have are a great way to start embedded programming in C#.
