WinUSB driver installation

Hi,
I am trying to install the WinUSB driver for my device, I have INF file, I created catalog file using Inf2Cat.exe. Now If I try to install WinUSB driver, I am getting ErrorCode 10 (Device cannot start). Could anyone help me?

Excuse me, have you written this Inf2Cat.exe and .inf file? I hate to say this, but if not, this is probably off-topic. Even if you can get some help about it, it is pretty far from the topics of this site...

No, INF file is written by me but the inf2cat is a tool provided in Windows Driver Kit.
Using command prompt I have created the catalog file.
