Getting Segmentation Fault Error on ADB Shell recovery

Hello Guys,

I am trying to use ADB commands to flash the android dongle but I am getting "Segmentation Fault" error.

I am tried very hard to resolve this issue but nothing works. Please find the link where I show the snapshot of error.
