How to overload the paste icon in excel 2010

Hi Gurus,

In office 2010, instead of command bar button(Paste) it gives some icons to paste the data.
I have to overload the paste icon control with my own paste method.
I am using customUI.xml and IRibbonExtensibility interface to overload the other controls in the cell context menu and Ribbon controls. But, not able to get the handle of Paste icon control.
Please help me to get the handle.
