Hi,

I am using IIS 7 with windows 7 service pack 1. When i am trying to host my webapplication on IIS 7 i am getting the security threat for the IP address.

My url lloks like http://34.89.90.76:18/Home.aspx

I have tried to google.. and based on that i have tried to setaltername for the webapplicatio nwhich i have hosted. But still it is not working.

I have tried using following cmd as well :

appcmd set site /site.name:34.89.90.76 /bindings.[protocol='http',bindingInformation='*:18:'].bindingInformation:*:18:abcde

How can i resolve my problem ?
