"Installation incomplete" exception in a web setup project.

Hi all,

I have a web setup project of my REST Web Service which is working correctly in 32 bit OS. I have a prerequisite of .net framework 4.0 & a launch condition for IIS. When I try to install this in a Windows Server 2012(With IIS8 is setup), an exception is thrown.

Installation is incomplete

The installer was interrupted before 'XXX' could be installed. You need to restart the installer and try again. 

Click close to exit.

There is not much information from this exception, could anyone please help to fix this?
