automatically switching between HTTP to HTTPS not working for Html files

Hi,

I have .net website running on 4.0 framework.
I want to run some pages on Https and some on Http, It is working for .aspx pages but for Html pages it is not working..
Can you please help on this why it is not working only for html pages?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
