Hi any one can you please let me know the site URL for freeware(GPL or freeware or commercial free use) images for downloading, because i need a image for networking to finish my project.....

Your question is off-topic.

Take a look here: http://openclipart.org/[^]
But you can also look around at cisco, or search on google for a network drawing tool. But you will need to check license individually.
And you can draw your own drawings with help of tools like Inkscape[^].
