Creating PDF files using adobe acrobat

I want to create a pdf file using adobe is this possible ? if yes then how can i do that ?
I don't want to distribute dll(s) to client, therefor can't use itextsharp or any other.
Any kind of help will be appreciated. Thanks

What would be the source of pdf (what kind of document)?
Why don't you want to distribute dll's to client?
Have you tried to print documents on virtual pdf printer?

Source will be user inputs.
Due to some reasons only restricted for using adobe
a simple "Hello world" tutorial would be a great help ..
