How to conrol the position of the CFileDialog ?

Hello.

Is there a way to move a CFileDialog-derived dialog

that is showing by DoModal(), please ? :)

(There are no calls for OnInitDialog() or OnInitDone() since Vista)

Is the position saved at the HKEY_CURRENT_USER tree ?

Hi Eugen,

I think that if you create your CFileDialog-derived dialog with bVistaStyle = FALSE (see last parameter of the explicit constructor here[^]) you will get your calls for OnInitDialog() or OnInitDone(). :)
