How to fix window does not respond error in Test complete9

I got this Error Message

The window with the 0x002d0554 handle exists but did not respond during the auto-wait timeout (30000 ms).

Try increasing the 'Auto-wait timeout' project property.

I increased the auto wait time to 10000 to 30000 and I run TestComplete9 as Administrator even though problem not fixed.Please tell me any other factors I haves to checks?

You need to read the documentation for TestComplete9 or talk to their support people. That is was support people are paid to do, support products.
