Hi ,

When i'm trying to export the data as "MICROSOFT EXCEL (97-2003) DATA ONLY FORMAT" through crystal report it displays columns with collapsing data. Manually i need to expanded all columns to see the full data.

I need the columns, without collapsing the data while opening itself.

For example : Header name is DESCRIPTION , then it displays as Descr, Rest are hiding (next column header override), if i manually expand then it displays as DESCRPTION. Got it?

Thanks

What do you mean by collapsing?

Yes, I don't think you can control the width of the column. The user can change it.

No way to set the Width for the columns? Or No way for Automatic column Alignment ?

I am not familiar with doing either when exporting through crystal. But I would search Google for "column width" instead of "collapse". You may get some hits that way.
