can we able to add the Apache server folder with in the project files?

Can any one please answer for my question?

I am trying to add my java project file into "Eclipse", the project was developed in "Eclipse" alone, here my project file contains folder name "servers" and "servers2", these folders contain the details about the Apache Tomcat server details(ie. web.xml, server.xml),

My Question:

Can Eclipse understand the these two server folders after the project imported?
If we export the our Eclipse project then the Eclipse includes Apache Tomcat server details in the exported file as default?
