Can´t find proyect hoshimi framework

Sorry to bother, I've been looking for the hoshimi framework (the one from the image cup competition) but i cant find it anywhere, Do you guys know where can i find it? all the links I found are dead.

You are right I didn't explain enough and I looked every where and couldn't find it, in the links you send, The first one i don´t know if its the framework or if its just that it has the same name and the second the link is broken, the reason I'm looking for it is to learn AI (i know there are other ways), project hoshimi was a competition for developers where you had to program the AI of robots to defeat a virus. It had a really cool graphic engine so it was more fun that way.

Here is the link i'm looking for, it explain what it is and it should have the link but it's dead.
