Trying to convert VS 2003 code into VS 2005

Hi

I was trying to convert my my 2003 project into 2005 and getting this error msg "Its an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error may be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS."

I tried all methods like resolve it through clean solution, configuring virtual directory in iis5.1. But couldn't through with my attempts.

Please help me out.
