read and write data from scilab by vb.net application

Hi,

I want to know how to connect the scilab and vb.net application so that i can read the matrix from scilab then after performing some operation write back the matrix in scilab.

I am new in scilab.

It looks there aren't many articles on the subject. You may find this post: Scilab and C#[^] (though clearly C# oriented) interesting.
