WPF Dynamically create Grid

Hiii,

i want to create Dynamically Grid(Not DataGrid) at the Load Time of the Form in WPF.

I want Like this => http://s21.postimg.org/q3h2kja7b/Grid.jpg[^] Image. But Dynamically with Border.

Grid Size is 24*24
