Can I learn WPF without learning Windows Forms?

Ok thanks. But I am finding little difficulty in understanding basic concept like Dependency property....

Yes you can, WPF does not depend on Windows Forms and vice versa. Infact (having worked with windows forms first) I would say you are better off not knowing windows forms as it is very easy to use windows forms approaches with WPF and personally I think that is a mistake.
