Which one will be better PHP NuSoap webservice or normal WCF asp.net webservice for Windows Phone 7 application?

I am new to windows phone app development. I am currently developing a cloud based app. So I want to know whether PHP NuSoap will be better as a web service or WCF asp.net. As PHP servers are cheaper and have good experience in PHP. I just want to know about the consequences and the features differences between both of them.
