Exception in creating the excel chart

hi, experts

Am generating a chart in asp .net vb application but when I run this application in ms office 2003 installed pc chart is opening
but if i run this in ms office 2010 am getting a exception like

methodSystem.UnauthorizedAccessException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005.

can any one please help me to solve this issue?

Could you be more specific? Please provide more details.
Did you try to debug your application?

yes, when i debug the application in ms office 2010 installed pc getting the exception as above.

which version of excel did you use for creating the primary interop assembly (PIA)?
That 2010 version, is it 32bit or 64bit MS Office?
And the OS of both computers, what's it?

os: Ms office 2003 is xp and Ms office 2010 is in windows 7
32 bit machine

By the way, you tagged your question with "ASP" - why did you do so? Do you perhaps try to create the chart from IIS?
