to make a swf file from some photos with c#

See more:

I have 36 photo.
These photos were taken during rotation of an object 360 degrees.
if photographs repeatedly shown, the corresponding object seems to be return.
I can make a gif file using these photos,
but I can't make a swf file.
I dont want to pull data from xml while creating swf.
Is there a way to make a swf file with c#?
I research it but I can only make a swf which show one photo.
maybe you can help me?

I saw that sample already, but I cant add a reference for SWFScout Library, because I cant find it. Do you have any ıdea about where to find it?
