Issue with Registering the Application Handling the Custom URI Scheme

I have specified command using in registry

"C:\PROGRA~2\TREYAN~1\CREKHN~1\PLQRCA~1.EXE" /hyperlink /t "%1" "%2" "%3" "%4" "%5" "%6" "%7" "%8"

When I run the handler form Run window such as

PLQRCA::"1236", "4", "", "", "" ,"", "", ""

I get error as "Value cannot be null. ParametrName:". What am i misisng?

I Used article as reference. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa767914(v=vs.85).aspx Any help on this will be appreciated.
