Data grid and ADO.NET in vb

hello Codeproject,

Iam currently working on the supermarket project and i have some following questions..

1) Combining the datagrid values dynamically on the run time
2) Can we add this to the database

please explain this with the program and if any article related to this question please give the link for that artical

that is same product detail expect the number of unit will be changed when i enter the same product name in the input box that particular value must be changed and store in the database.

First try to merge datagird cells,then extract those values and then insert those in database,here are 3 steps of works need, you will find these examples in internet.

If your queation is to add data from databse to grid? or adding data of grid columns to database?
