SSRS spacing on long tables

Hello,

Currently I am building a report on SSRS 2012 which has a Tablix that will go on for 6 pages and I inserted a header and footer, both with a gray background and approximately 1cm of distance from the table.

What is happening is that I get the space on the header from the first page and on the footer from the last one instead of occurring in all pages. Any ideas?
