I have just downloaded ModernMix, which allows you to run windows store apps in normal windows on the desktop and am completely fascinated by it! As a developer I am wondering how they have done this. How would you emulate windows store apps in desktop windows and still have all of the functionality and animations as if they were running normally? I would like to see if I could do this in C# or WPF. Does anyone have any ideas as to how they would have done it and how I could do something like it myself using C# and Visual Studio 2010? All ideas are welcome, thank you. http://www.stardock.com/products/modernmix/index.asp[^]

I would suggest you to ask a question and start discussion on their forum- http://forums.stardock.com[^].

We can only guess, but they will interact with you better.
