How to use PHP with lighttpd on windows 7

Hi,
I am developing web ui for communicator device which has Lighttpd as a web server. I want to develop this UI on windows 7 and I am using windows version of lighttpd and want to install latest PHP to work with it. But I have PHP source code and not installer. PHP source contains project file of VC++ 6.0 version and do not have this version with me to compile and use PHP.
So anybody have an idea whether PHP installer is available for windows7. If not then how to use PHP on Windows 7 with lighttpd.
