Implement SSO using SAML in C#

I need to create a small POC(Proof of concept) of SSO using SAML in C#.
I have gone through many articles over the internet and have acquired the basic knowledge about what SAML is and I need to create an Identity Provider which will generate token using SAML.

Can someone please help me out with the implementation.
