how to find controll from gridview when item added dynamically

I Have Checckbox with modelpopup extender. on modelpopup i have grid in which i am adding item dynamically with the help of itemtemplate interface.
Now on selectedIndex changed event i getting error object not set an instance
how to find controll of label on selectedindex changed
