In the top right of this page (and all others) is your current reputation points. Click on it, and it will take you to a screen showing the most recent additions (and subtractions) to your total.

This is the only history you have available.

Can I view the points I gave? for example I upvote you can i see it somewhere that i gave you points?

No, sorry - that isn't possible!
There is no mechanism for seeing what votes you gave someone else directly, or conversely to see who voted for you. Only you can see your Rep History - I can't see it at all, just as you can't see mine. So if I upvoted your question like this: I can't see how many points I just gave you - but it's probably 40 because my reputation makes me a "heavy hitter" - one of the reasons I don't often down vote people.
Would you like me to down vote you as well and we shall see how many points that does?

So if you upvote me I get 40 points? Man we got to be friends

Nice try!

Whereas you are low reputation, so your upvote gives 5 at the moment (and a downvote gives an equally small amount). That'll change, as your various reputations change. It's a balancing mechanism, to prevent a newbie or a sock puppet from being too destructive.
