datagridview prointing and generation or report

Hi,
i am developing a billing project and actually i am new in c# and
i am facing some problems
1) Datagridview with white background and table like structure.
2)Print datagridview columns with company details.
3)Generate Crystal Report for invoice.
4)Generate pdf from datagridview.

I had search for the solution on web bt didnt find satisfactory result,
pls can you help me for this...
