How to start the Default Website while getting msg likev alue does not fall within the expected range

i created new website in iis using ip address of my localhost

after i deleted this website which i created , the default website not running, it was totally got down and also am getting message like value does not fall within the expected range while start the default website.

am looking for your helpful msg as soon as possible....
