How to find system Idle time find in vb6 or VB.net

Hello Friends,

I want to track system idle time (i.e, Lock in and Lock Out time). i have a script for tacking time in windows 7 and 8 machines. but, i am unable to track windows XP machines. please any one guide me.

Hope understand my request.
