Unbound Expression event is not working when second time call the same Form ? winform Devexpress

In my Form (Create), have some text fields and Gridview. I used Repository Item Lookup Edit in the 1st Column of Gridview. Used Unbound Expression to calculate total and percentage in different columns. I store and display this details in Gridview another form(List). Now if I click the any cells in any rows, this details will open on the 1st Form (Create) in edit mode. Gridview also open properly but when i try to insert new row additionally the Unbound Expression is not working properly. It show empty Columns. I dono where is error ? Help me.
