My application getting slow at a perticuler time interval in a LAN n/w
can anyone tell me..... that how can i resolve this issue?
And I'm having oracle server...............

Way too little information given to even guess at what is going on. What kind of application? What is the data on the network? What kind of network? What kind of time interval? How are you measuring speed? Please use the Improve question link below your question text to add additional details.

Find out what you are doing at that time, and move to correct from there.

*) If you are running on a server open the task manager and see what processes are working.

*) If you have a database (SQL Server for example) open the activity monitor in the studio and see which users are working.
