Audio Streaming in Visual studio

Hi Everyone...

I have a server client GUI application. Server application will be running in one PC and Client Application will be in another PC. I am able to send data between Server and Client . Now i want to send voice data from one PC (Server) to another (Client). The audio from one PC will have to stream live and play in other PC at the same time through socket. There should not much time delay in playing audio. Can anyone Please suggest which function will be good enough to do this. Thanks everyone for your valuable reply.
