Print and Export button not working in Crystal Report ?

I have created a report in crystal report but when i wanna take out the print nothing happens?
I am using visual studio 2010
I have also added this assembly

<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc, Version=13.0.2000.0,    Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304" />

please help.
