SVC file missing after publish the application

Hi All,

I have doubt, Is my way is correct or wrong.

When ever we create WCF service application we will get IService1.CS and Service1.cs. I created one more WCF Service application and I removed all files from second service. From First service I moved Service1.Cs file to Second project. Now If i publish my first project I am not able to get the Service.SVC file.
