Problem in matlab code unidentified

I am trying to convert an arduino RC4 code into matlab for somedays and now after putting them together found it's not giving the right ciphertext output. Would anyone be willing to check my code so that they would find the possible problem in it and help me get the desired ciphertext please? Its only 35 lines code to be specific. Please let me know if you want to see the code. Or does anyone have a working RC4 code for Matlab to share?
