I need html Editor in dot net 3 i would like to inform that Ajax not working with less than dot net 3.5

Thank you for your "information" — I cannot believe that. Ajax itself is totally agnostic to the server-side technology. It simply sends HTTP requests and receives HTTP responses; it is a Javascript feature, a client-side piece of code.

Likewise, I don't think you need "HTML editor in .NET 3". You can get some non-nonsense HTML editor written in Javascript, to provide reasonable performance...

Please see my comment to the question — I don't think it makes a whole lot of sense, as well as your information, by the reasons I explained.

I would recommend this on-line HTML editor:
